This Is What My Life Has Become????

I spent a part of my morning yesterday like this...

...my feet propped up under my desk with ice packs on my shins.

Oh, and let's not forget some of this in the evening...

Yeah. My shins hurt.

I realized...I spend a lot of time thinking about my dang shins. And icing them. And stretching them, strengthening them, and reading about how to strengthenstretchcareforthem.

I blame these guys...

Stay tuned...

Oh, Heidi!:-( I'm so sorry you are going through this. It should be better by now. Are you wearing good, supportive shoes all the time? I think I see flip-flops under your desk... maybe that would help too? Persevere! Love you.

Ugg...you are so much better than me. I would take shinsplints over not getting out and running for the past three weeks....

Hope you feel better!

I'm being very naughty in terms of my everyday shoes...I have worn flips a lot...I swore I wouldn't this summer! Which is why every time I've been out shopping I have been looking at shoes. I have a tough time with shoes anyway so finding some decent ones I can wear at work that are affordable has been very tough. So unless I can start doing the sport psych stuff all the time...I can't really pull off athletic shoes all the time.

Erin- sorry you haven't been able to get out lately! But trust me, you don't want this...
