Accepted!

I have an accepted offer! Hooray! They counter-offered this morning and I accepted!

Now I need to get through inspection and make sure financing goes through.

I feel nauseous. Happy, but nauseous.

woohoo congrats! don't let the rest of the process get you down because it is so worth it. My issues when buying my house didn't even start until the offer was accepted- the house didn't appraise for the sale price so we had to renegotiate, my lender's office got broken into and all my personal info was compromised, we had to negotiate $500 for random repairs that needed to be done, the day before closing the house was a wreck and they had to push back closing and fix it...it was a very stressful month but worth it!
