Today I Feel...

Tired. It's Monday. Lately it seems as though I've been trying to prolong the inevitable (i.e., Monday) by staying up a little later on Sunday night. Bad idea.

Hopeful. It's finals week and the end is truly in sight...we all (students, staff, etc.) need a break. I'm looking forward to time off for the holidays!

Worried. As if 14 inches of snow wasn't enough...we now have freezing drizzle and a little more snow. It's supposed to stop fairly early, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the drive home is OK since the temp is going to drop.

Hungry & Thirsty. I had no time to eat anything this morning before leaving the house and I only had one measly cup of coffee. Normally I would have my travel cup, but it's just one more thing to carry (who knows where I will end up parking when the weather is bad) and is often cold by the time I get here anyway.Grr.

Thankful. I am so glad I checked the weather before I got out of bed. I'm thankful for my job. I'm thankful I have a warm home and a nice car that does well in the snow. I'm thankful I have food in my cupboards...even when I don't have time to eat a good breakfast before I leave in the morning.

How are you feeling today?

This mug will change your life: http://www.amazon.com/Therrmos-Nissan-16-Ounce-Stainless-Backpack/dp/B000K604P0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1260810787&sr=8-2

It keeps coffee hot for HOURS and you can literally tip it UPSIDE DOWN and it won't spill (this means you can throw it in your bag and not have one extra thing to carry!). It is the best money you will ever spend.
